Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of North Texas, emerging fashion designer Lauryn Taylor has obtained a knowledge of industry techniques. Her skills include industrial sewing, patternmaking, and draping. The following skills have provided her with the ability to create original designs and develop a signature style. She has also acquired experience in research, trend and color analysis, as well as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. This has allowed her to distinctively express design concepts for any viewer. 
She is inspired by the fast-paced fashion capital of New York. The place known for its architecture and rich atmosphere. As a result, her design aesthetic is based on structure and neutral color palettes. It also features feminine and detail-oriented aspects, with a minimalist approach. She is focused on creating sophisticated silhouettes and using smooth luxurious fabrics; that attract the everyday woman who is chic and effortless.
